Great pies and pasties with friendly and helpful service. I was impressed with the Pepper Pie, just the right balance of spice, perfect pastry and good chunky beef. Definitely worth a visit, I'll be back to try other flavours.

This guy is definitely a chef as it shows in the flavors and preparation of his pies and pasties I've tried so far. Every single one I've had accentuates the principle ingredient and the main meat isn't overpowered. Today I had a venison pie, and from a culinary perspective it was fantastic as the unique game flavour of the meat was RIGHT in the forefront. It was just a bit too much for my personal pallet, but I can say it was exactly what it was supposed to be. I had a mustard flavored pork pie a few months ago that was delicate and in all truth one of the best pies I've ever had. The meat and vegetable pasties are really good too. I recommend these guys if you want a real gourmet savoury pastry food experience

Brilliant pasties. I have never tasted better! The pies are also top notch. Real meat. I always drop by for a pastie or a pie every trip to Ballarat. I never forget!
